Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry form, the website transmits the name, email address, optional telephone number, move timing, floor-plan interest, message, source page, and form type you provide so the Bungalows of Port Orange leasing team can respond. The inquiry also records your text-message preference, the displayed disclosure version, a server receipt timestamp, and an event identifier. Required fields are identified on the form.
How inquiries are delivered
Submitted inquiries enter a private server-side delivery queue. The primary notification service receives a signed lead record. If repeated delivery attempts fail, the site may send the same inquiry to the leasing team through a configured transactional-email fallback. After the inquiry is accepted, the email service sends a separate confirmation to the email address you provided. Delivery receipts and limited diagnostic records may be retained to prevent duplicate notifications and troubleshoot failures.
Optional text-message preference
After you provide a valid phone number, you may select the optional checkbox authorizing text messages from The Bungalows at Port Orange about your inquiry. The inquiry records the YES or NO preference, the recognized disclosure version, the submitted phone number, the source page, and a server timestamp. An authorized leasing team or messaging provider may use an affirmative preference for inquiry-related follow-up. You may submit any form without providing a phone number or selecting text-message consent.
Calling, emailing, and external services
If you call, email, apply, use the resident portal, request directions, or communicate through an authorized messaging service, that interaction is handled by the service or provider you choose to use. Their privacy practices may apply.
Technical operation
This version of the site does not include advertising trackers, analytics beacons, chat widgets, embedded maps, or remote font services. The hosting service may process routine request information needed to deliver files, limit abusive form traffic, and maintain security, such as an IP address, requested path, browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
Your choices
You may browse the informational pages without using the inquiry form. Providing a phone number and selecting text-message consent are optional.
