Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, purchasing, receiving service, or leasing.
How consent is collected
Every Bungalows leasing form includes one text-message consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and becomes available only after you provide a valid phone number. Selecting it authorizes text messages from The Bungalows at Port Orange about your inquiry at that number. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from submitting the form.
How consent is recorded
The secure inquiry records the YES or NO preference, the recognized disclosure version, the submitted phone number, the source page, a server receipt timestamp, the form identity, and an event identifier. The preference is delivered through the signed lead workflow, with an email fallback if that workflow cannot accept the inquiry. An authorized leasing team or messaging provider may use an affirmative preference for inquiry-related follow-up.
What the checkbox does
The checkbox records your authorization. It does not by itself enroll your number in a campaign, send a text message, or promise that the property will respond by text. Any text-message use must remain consistent with the inquiry-related purpose described beside the checkbox.
Message terms and opt-outs
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. The Bungalows at Port Orange and its authorized providers must honor applicable revocation and opt-out requests.
Your choices
You may submit a leasing form without providing a phone number or selecting text-message consent. You may also contact leasing to update a communication preference.
